I am a lifelong Kingstonian who brings deep local knowledge and a passion for education to my real estate practice.  A graduate of Queen's University and a retired teacher, I spent decades helping others (and myself) learn and grow.  That same commitment to guidance and clear communication now shapes the way I work with my real estate clients.

With eight years of professional real estate experience and more than 25 years as a real estate investor, I offer both practical insight and strategic perspective.  I am a student of the market first and formost and eagar to share my knowledge gained.  I love working with first-time home buyers, helping them understand the process and make confident decisions.

I am also a waterfront specialist/enthusiast.  Having built my own waterfront dream home in South Frontenac, I understand both the lifestyle and the unique considerations that come with buying or selling waterfront property.
